2. Pickup and Scheduling

• If the customer chooses to collect the product directly, it is necessary to schedule an appointment in advance through our service channels. This allows us to organize the order appropriately and ensure it is ready for collection at the agreed date and time.

 

3. Products and Allergies

• Plant Heaven offers gluten-free products for people who are gluten intolerant. However, these products are not intended for people with celiac disease as there may be traces of gluten due to the environment in which they are prepared.

• We recommend that anyone with a severe allergy or specific condition consult our customer service department before placing an order for additional clarification on ingredients and preparation processes.
